Expert Consult are a business consultancy company based in West London. As they do not have an IT department and their professional service business relies heavily on e-mail, the Internet, and their computer network for running their business they required remote desktop support services for their London Headquarters.
Challenges
Managing the growing internal IT infrastructure was becoming a challenge for Expert Consult. While it was possible to maintain and support some elements, keeping up to speed with changing technologies and providing ongoing support to users was proving resource intensive. This also took valuable resource away from other areas of the business and the IT infrastructure was beginning to struggle without professional monitoring and support.
Expert Consult needed an IT Support company to help them maintain robust IT systems and provide day to day maintenance and support for all areas of the business.
Solution
Dezon proposed Remote System and Application Support for each computer from their network. These devices would be monitored constantly with up to 2 hours remote response (usually less than 30 min) backed up by up to 4 hour onsite services if required. In addition the Remote Desktop Support services would allow us to diagnose and resolve more than 90% of the issues remotely saving ExCo time and money.
Results
Visits to customer site for the purpose of technical support have been almost eliminated, significantly decreasing downtime and travel costs and increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
