Dry Wall Construction is a building company based in London with more than 7 PCs and 4 Laptops in one location.

Problems

The company was having major issues with the stability and reliability of its network as they were using a mix of old operating systems and old hardware, unable to consistently access company information within the office and not getting satisfactory resolutions from its current IT support provider. They contacted Dezon to resolve their problems.

Challenges

Dezon audited the network, computers, laptops and software providing a detailed network map and catalogued all equipment and software. From the network audit all issues were identified and a timeline was put together for the implementation of recommendations to stabilise the network and improve the efficiency of the IT systems.

Results

After all recommendations had been rolled out and the client was happy that the network was stable and available to all users, they requested to move onto Monthly Remote Plus OnSite support plan to monitor and maintain the network and to offer support to its users.
