The Role
The person is responsible for Developing, Refining and Overseeing the Implementation of the Company’s Business Strategy.

Other responsibilities include:
Operational Management of the Business on a Day-to-Day basis, to ensure Effective and Efficient Performance
Achieving satisfactory levels of Business Growth, with full responsibility for Profit & Loss

The Role
The IT Manager leads a mixed development, supports the team, drives forward technology and IT strategy.

The role’s responsibilities include the managing a team support analysts, including project managing development and infrastructure projects. The person oversees the continual support and ongoing development of core systems, as well as acting as mentor and backup to the team.

The role is about monitoring and controlling the IT services throughout the duration of the contract, to ensure that:

Performance targets (and any other targets e.g. cost and quality) continue to be met;
The end customer remains satisfied with the services;
The expected service delivery benefits continue to be achieved;
The services continue to be performed and delivered in the expected manner

The Role
This role involves providing support for our client base in a desktop environment on an assignment basis. Assignments typically involve a mixed environment of Windows 2000 and XP and supporting MS Office applications.

Support tasks may also cover printer and telephone handset support. The role also requires liaison with internal departments and external vendors in order to resolve day-to-day problems.

The person is expected to undertake project work, as well as keeping up-to-date with new technologies and products.
