“Pay Monthly Remote” Support Contract

This is our most popular contract and it gives the customer peace of mind during office hours. Support from 9am to 6pm, users can request remote assistance for their business needs when a problem arises. The plan provides telephone support and remote troubleshooting for a fixed cost monthly subscription. Most of the problems solved without the need for an onsite visit. Onsite support is charged at a reduced hourly rate when required.

Before we commence the support contract, we will go round the site/office to every machine and peripheral to make sure all the machines are up-to-date with the latest service packs/hotfixes, iron out any issues and configure the machines/peripherals for remote control/stability/accessibility and manageability. The stabilisation fee is a one off payment before the commencement of the contract.

Standard Response - We guarantee to acknowledge the cause of your standard issue within 2 business hours of receipt, remotely addressing the issue within 4 business hours and have a Technician on-site in 8 business hours if required.

Emergency Response - We guarantee to acknowledge the cause of your standard issue within 2 business hours of receipt, remotely addressing the issue within 2 business hours and have a Technician on-site in 4 business hours if required. An emergency issue is one that will severely impact the productivity of your business.
