Ad-hoc computer support is designed for businesses who prefer to pay for IT services and support on the few occasions that it is required. Our ad-hoc support offers the same high level of service as our contract based support systems but does not offer any guaranteed response times.

The minimum charge for onsite work is one hour's labour and includes any callout charges - after which the charges are billed in half hour increments. Should any hardware or software be required to complete the work then we can supply it for you.
